2,200 Motorists Wrongly Given Parking Fines

More than 2,200 motorists who were wrongly given parking fines over two years are to be reimbursed a total of nearly £70,000, it has emerged.

Ceredigion Council and Dyfed-Powys Police said last December that people fined in Aberystwyth since November 2006 could apply for their £30 back.
