The Climate Change Summit in Copenhagen
Professor Ian Clark, of the Department of International Politics at Aberystwyth University, said early signs indicate a “gloomy picture” with little chance of a treaty being agreed at the summit on December 12 and 13.
“Politicians around the world appear to be lowering their expectations for Copenhagen”.
