I thought you might be interested to hear about a group of young volunteers who will be cycling through Aberystwyth from Monday 15 June to Tuesday 16 June.
Every summer, teams of amazing and adventurous young people saddle up and cycle around the UK, stopping at schools, youth clubs and festivals along the way to inspire others to live a bit more sustainably. The teams perform the award-winning Morning Choices play and run hands-on workshops about subjects like ethical fashion or bike maintenance, challenging the thousands of people they meet along the way to do something in their own lives to create positive change. While on the road, tour members live as low-impact as possible, buying local food, traveling carbon-free by bike, and obsessively recycling, composting and water-saving as they go!
