Four young farmers from across Wales have reached the final stages of a competition to find the "Face of Welsh Lamb".
The overall winner will be chosen in the next few days at HCC’s offices in Aberystwyth. Judges include London chef Anthony Demetre, Farmers’ Union of Wales president Gareth Vaughan and NFU Cymru vice president Ed Bailey.
