Anyone with a keen eye for bird watching (of the avian kind) might like to have a look at this website on Ceredigion Birds, created to be used and enjoyed by resident birders as well as those visiting Ceredigion. They welcome contributions in the form of sightings and/or photographs from anywhere in the county.
Have you taken a picture of or seen an unusual bird, local birders can help you with identification and give you some great advice on what birds are likely to be seen in Ceredigion.
The website also offers information on monthly bird-watching field trips, the next of which is on:
7th February Field Trip Details -
Meet on Saturday 7th February at 10.00 in the car park at Tan-y-Bwlch - GR:576801
The walk will be approximately 3 miles in length over terrain which our leader Red Liford describes as
"probably the flattest ever!"
If you can spare the time why not visit Ceredigion Birds website, to catch up on the latest news and sightings.
