Results for the Celtic Challenge boat race 2008 Results were as follows.

First boat over the line:

Arklow Ladies in a time of 18 hours 57 minutes 22 second beating the previous best time for a Ladies team by 2 minutes in rough conditions.

Overall Winner: Arklow men in a time of 17 hours 37 minutes 45 seconds.

Aberystwyth men: 17 hours 39 minutes 05 second

Aberdyfi men: 18 hours 04 minutes 10 seconds

Egremont1 London men: 22 hours 24 minutes 48 seconds

Llanion Mixed team: 22 hours 24 minutes 48 seconds

Six teams retired:

Aberaeron veterans

Aberystwyth mixed

Aberystwyth ladies

Llangwm mixed

Neyland mixed

Tenby mixed
