Short description of the contract or purchase(s):
HCC is a body set up with primarily state sector support. HCC undertakes activities relating to advertising, promotion, research and development of the ret mead and red meat product industry of Wales. In particular HCC is involved in quality assurance schemes and red meat industry development initiatives and its activities include attendance at/holding trade fairs, information programmes, competitions and consumer demonstrations etc. HCC is seeking to set up framework agreements with one or more sevice providers in respect of industry services in connection with the development , promotion and marketing of Welsh red meat, as more particularly described in Annex B. Organisations are invited to issue a request to participate in the tender process for one or more or all lots detailed in Annex B. Organisations should note that industry specific knowledge may be required from time to time. Organisations should also note that successful tenderers may be required to sub-contract the provision of certain services from time to time.
