Altin Balla, 28, from Aberystwyth in mid Wales, died in hospital after he became trapped with steel against his neck at Marriotts Close Development.The Union of Construction, Allied Trades and Technicians (UCATT) will lead a vigil and one minute's silence outside the site in Witney on Tuesday.
