I don't really know much about this stone and it's inscription, I was hopeing someone might know the reason behind it being place at the entrance to Plas Crug Avenue. The inscription reads: PRESENTED BY THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MASTER MONUMENTAL MASONS 1965.
